Tiraka is a dynamic social enterprise dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment, empowering individuals with the resources and support needed to achieve sustainable career success.
How It Started
Tiraka started as a pilot project called “Talent Incubator/Talent Incubation Machine” led by Aspire Hub, funded by the Government of Canada’s Investment Readiness Program (IRP), with the goal of training youth in digital skills while also providing opportunities for them to work on practical industry projects.
The project then got registered as a social enterprise that continues to train and connect youth, new immigrants and individuals from low income with opportunities for career advancement.
